Every 3rd Friday, guest speaker(s)/moderator(s) will present a topic for consideration and exploration. All subjects and approaches to conversation are invited, from traditional lectures, talks, slide shows to experiential learning involving the audience in active participation.
On March 21, Nina Gross, musician, poet, and playwright, will lead a session entitled “Taking the Pulse.” The evening will include elements of music, creativity, and interactivity, designed as a space to just be, and to return into the world a little stronger, a little calmer, a little more grounded.
All are welcome. There is no charge. As the title suggests, the first meeting will be to feel out the needs and possibilities of an ongoing group.
more from Nina about this session:
Intention: To turn off our cell phones, disconnect from our stories, and just be. To return into the world a little stronger a little calmer, a little more grounded. Come as you are. Joyful, turbulent.
By centering the soul rather than the story, we will create a hearth that hopefully generates comfort and energy to bring each one closer to their own core abundance.
This will not be intellectually oriented. It may involve more silence than sound.
A musical offering will begin each session, other interactive activities may include movement, song, questions, prompts, all imagined to free and fortify and to bring psychic, emotional, and spiritual well being.
“Entrances to Holiness are everywhere. The possibility of ascent is all the time, even at unlikely times and through unlikely places. There is no place on Earth without the Presence.” —Anonymous
